Reworked Vintage Sash Pin

I was thrilled to find an antique sash pin at a local vintage store. It makes a perfect pendant necklace.

I cleaned it up and removed the pin from the back, and rediscovered this garnet necklace at the bottom of my jewelry box.

I removed an o-ring off an old bracelet and used it to join the necklace to the pin. The 24” necklace length is perfect for the scale of this pin which is approx. 2"x 3".
